Selection from predefined options
- Predefined meal plans and recipes
- Limited number of combinations
- Matching to previously defined variants
- Expansion requires adding more prepared content
DCP does not start with a ready-made meal plan. It starts with the person — their data, goals, restrictions, preferences and nutritional requirements — and builds an individual plan from that context.

Many simple diet generators work like libraries: the user receives one of a number of predefined meal plans or recipes matched to a limited set of parameters. The possible outcomes are therefore constrained by the content already stored in that library.
DCP works differently. The system uses information about the individual, nutritional requirements, restrictions and preferences, and then builds the plan from the ground up. Meals are not simply retrieved as a predefined weekly package — they are created in the context of the whole day and the whole plan.
This removes the need to predict and manually store every possible combination of user requirements in advance. Nutritional data describes the products. DCP technology determines how those products should be combined into a coherent plan.
The process consists of several stages. Each stage has a distinct role, so generation is not reduced to a single AI prompt.
The system gathers information required to understand the user: data, goals, preferences, restrictions and the selected nutrition model.
The data is translated into specific energy and nutritional requirements that become constraints for the plan.
Meals and recipes are composed dynamically rather than selecting an entire diet from a closed collection of predefined plans.
The plan is checked against restrictions, internal consistency and defined nutritional requirements.
The user receives a coherent plan designed as a whole rather than a random collection of independent recipes.
A complex process of analysis, generation and validation can operate behind a simple interface. What matters to the user is the result: a clear, practical plan that reflects their situation.
